Pomaga naturalnie wzmacniać odporność
Actimel jest naturalnie fermentowanym produktem mlecznym zawierającym probiotyczny szczep bakterii Lactobacillus casei DN-114 001 (DEFENSIS) w ilości 108 CFU/ml.
Pozytywny wpływ Actimela potwierdzają liczne badania naukowe opublikowane w międzynarodowych czasopismach. Badania te wykazały, że:
- Actimel wywiera korzystny wpływ na skład i równowagę mikroflory jelitowej oraz powoduje wzrost populacji bakterii Lactobacillus w jelicie;
- bakterie Lactobacillus casei DEFENSIS oddziałują korzystnie na funkcjonowanie śluzówki jelita poprzez stymulację wzrostu liczby komórek nabłonka jelitowego, ich dojrzewania i różnicowania oraz wzrostu aktywności enzymatycznej w jelicie (laktaza, aminopeptydaza);
- Actimel wywiera efekt immunomodulacyjny na komórki o działaniu cytotoksycznym NK oraz produkcję markerów zapalnych TNF-α.
Najnowsze badanie wykazało, że Actimel może zwiększyć ilość przeciwciał wytwarzanych w reakcji na szczepienie przeciw grypie u starszych ludzi*. A zwłaszcza:
- Actimel wzmacnia ochronę przeciw wirusowi H3N2 o 16%;
- Actimel zwiększa ilość przeciwciał.
